When a rental property reservation is made, the following general conditions governing the rental contract between you (hereinafter, the Guest) and the Owner of the property will come into effect, with the mediation and representation of Bones Vacances (hereinafter “BV”).

If you do not agree to these terms, once read and understood, we ask that you refrain from using the services offered on this website or any services offered that involve the acceptance of the conditions described below.
“BV” reserves the right to change or modify the information provided on this website at any time.


The prices published on the “BV” website (www.bonesvacances.com) are per week, type of lodging and season, unless otherwise specified. These prices include electricity, water and gas during the period specified. Otherwise, it will be specified in the contract (reservation document) provided by “BV”. Sheets, towels and a final cleaning may or may not be included in the price, depending on the type of lodging.
This information is detailed in the datasheet of the selected property and/or in the reservation document. In the event that the information is contradictory the information specified in the reservation document will prevail.
Any additional expenses and/or services (such as high chairs and beds for children, extra towels and sheets, etc.) must be requested when making the reservation and will be charged separately, as specified in the reservation document.

2-Reservations and payment options

Reservations can be made online, by e-mail, by telephone, or directly in our offices. Once a reservation has been made, you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as possible with the reservation document.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. A surcharge may be applied to some of these payment methods.
In all cases, the full name of the Guest and the reservations dates and/or the name of the rental property should be indicated in the concept section of the payment.

3-Once the reservation is made:

Once the confirmation from “BV” is received, payment for the reserved property must be made in the manner and terms indicated below:

1) In the event the reservation is confirmed twenty-one (21) calendar days before the start date of the vacation rental, payment of 30% of the total booking price will have to be made within forty eight hours (48 hours) of the confirmation date provided by from “BV”. “BV” reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the corresponding payment is not made within these forty-eight hours (48 hours).
2) The remaining 70% of the total payment will be made at the latest, within twenty-one (21) calendar days before the vacation rental start date. If the corresponding payment has not been made within the specified deadline, “BV” reserves the right to cancel the reservation and the Guest will not have any rights to be reimbursed for any amounts already paid.
3) If the reservation is confirmed within less than twenty-one (21) calendar days prior to the vacation rental start date, full payment of the entire amount of the reservation must be made within forty-eight (48) hours from the confirmation date provided by “BV”.
Once all payments have been fulfilled, the Guest will receive the documentation confirming the vacation property payments, which must be presented to the person that is in charge of receiving them at the start of their vacation rental.

4-Check in/ check out.

Minimum stay is seven (7) days, unless otherwise specified. Check-in and check-out of the rental property will be on Saturdays during high season, and will be flexible the rest of the year, based on availability. Arrival time (check-in) will be between 4:00 PM and 8.00 PM and departure time (check-out) will be before 10:00 AM.
During the check-in, “BV” will hand over the property keys.
In the event that the Guest is not be able to arrive or leave the property on the established day or hour, “BV” should be informed in order to find an alternate date and time to hand over the keys, if possible. A surcharge of 30€ will be applied to check-ins after 8:00pm. Check-outs before 8:00am, with the necessary presence of a “BV” representative, will be charged 30 €.
In the event that the Guest is not be able to occupy the property on the established date and time for reasons which cannot be attributed to “BV” (e.g. airline delays, personal reasons, etc.), “BV” will not reimburse any amount, and the following cancellation policy will be applicable.

5-Cancellation Policy

The Guest has the right to cancel the reservation provided they assume the following costs:
• 30% of the total reservation amount if the cancellation is made between the date the reservation was confirmed and 22 calendar days before the vacation rental starting date.
• 100% of the total reservation amount if the cancellation is made within 21 calendar days or less of the vacation rental start date.

6-Guest Number and Identification

Only those individuals specified in the reservation document will be allowed to stay in the vacation property, including children and infants and/or those individuals whose stay has been communicated in writing to “BV”, with a minimum advance notice of fourteen (14) calendar days from the rental start date. These changes can result in modifications of the conditions and/or prices.
As a general rule, “BV” will not accept Guests who are 27 years of age or less.
“BV” reserves the right to deny access to those individuals who are not specified in the aforementioned reservation, or about whom the Guest has not previously notified, and/or are younger than 27 years of age. Exercising the right to refuse admission by “BV” will not generate any reimbursement to the Guest.


The amount of the deposit is to cover the cost of any damages caused to the property by the Guest or any of their accompanying guests, as well as to cover any outstanding payments.
The deposit amount will depend on the type of lodging reserved. The exact amount will be communicated to the Guest once the reservation has been confirmed and the number of individuals who will stay at the property has been indicated, in accordance with Clause 6 above.
In the event that the Guests are younger than 27 years of age, or there are groups of young people consisting of 6 or more individuals, “BV” reserves the right to double the amount of the deposit.
Non-payment of the deposit will result in the termination of the vacation rental contract, without the Guest having the right to any reimbursement for the amounts already paid.
The Guest guarantees the payment of the deposit by way of a credit card and by signing an agreement when the reservation is confirmed. The amount of the deposit will be blocked for 24 hours before arrival and will be unblocked automatically; if there have been no incidents, between 2 and 3 weeks later.
Upon arrival at the property, the Guest has 24 hours to notify “BV” in writing of any damages found. Otherwise, the damage could be charged to the Guest.
When an inventory is provided, it is in your own interest to see that is accurate so that any loss/damage is not wrongly attributed. Please inform “BV” of any discrepancies/malfunctions within 24 hours of arrival, after which time your will be deemed to be responsible.
The credit card will only be charged in the event that there has been any damage or destruction by the Guest, or his companions, as well as to cover any outstanding payments.

8-Cleaning and standards of conduct.

The Guest is required to leave the property clean and tidy, i.e. kitchen utensils, plates and cutlery must be clean and in their corresponding places; no food should be left in the fridge, garbage must be taken out and all the spaces must be left tidy. If the property is not left clean and tidy by the Client, “BV” reserves the right to use the deposit to cover the additional cleaning costs.
The Guest agrees to respect the surroundings and neighbours and will take responsibility for the conduct of any accompanying guests. Also, Neighbour Association rules where the property is located must be fully respected. In the event that the Guest and any accompanying guests do not respect rules of conduct or complaints are received from other neighbours, “BV” reserves the right to evict them from the property, and the Guest will not have any rights to be reimbursed for any amount which may have already been paid or the right to any compensation whatsoever.

9-Property description 

“BV” applies all reasonable measures to ensure that the properties and services included in our webside meet and maintain the appropriate standards, and we use a great deal of care to make sure that the description, prices and details provided by the Owners are correct, up to date and accurately conveyed or advertised by us.
All the descriptions and information reproduced on our webside, on our documentation or given by us verbally or by mail, are given in good faith, based on the latest information available. However, changes can occur, and sometimes there may be small differences between the actual accommodation and its description, as both “BV” and the Owner are always seeking to improve services and facilities.
“BV” accepts no responsibilities for any description which contains inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or errors and which have been supplied by the Owner or can not we accept responsibility  for any description which contains inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information or errors and which have been supplied by us unintentionally (as opposed to the Owner).
Furthermore, even though every effort is made to book you a property that meets your criteria we cannot be responsible for ensuring that the property is suitable in all respects for you or your party’s needs.
Owners reserve the right to make modifications to the property specification that are considered necessary in light of operating requirements. In the interest of continual improvement Owners reserve the right to alter furniture, amenities, facilities, or any activities, either advertised or previously available, without any prior notice.
It is not always possible for “BV” to control any possible changes in facilities and/or services of the rental property advertised if they occur on short notice. However, if we become aware of any changes that might affect your stay, “BV” will let you know as soon as possible.
Distances given are approximate. Times are approximate, based on driving, not walking, unless otherwise specified.

10-Swimming Pools

Swimming pools may not be available all year round. If your rental period is outside of mid-June, July, August or September, please check with “BV” that the swimming pool will be ready for use. “BV” cannot be responsible for low water temperatures at any period.
Please note that swimming pools carry their own inherent risk. Upon arrival at the property you and all your members of your party must take time to familiarize yourselves with the location, layout, and depths of any swimming pool(s) at the property. Please take note of any pool warning signs, depth marking and the other instructions for use, which may be displayed. Young children must be allowed to wander unaccompanied in the grounds of any property where there is a swimming pool.
POOLS ARE USED AT YOUR RISK. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE PROPERLY SUPERVISED. “BV” is not liable for any swimming pool accidents that may occur.

11-Tourist tax and notification to the appropriate authorities

The Generalitat of Catalonia passed legislation in March 2012 which applies a tourist tax to those that are lodged in tourist establishments. This tax requires people age 17 and older to pay the amount of € 0.45 + VAT / person / night up to a maximum of 7 nights. If the property is in the city of Barcelona the amount is € 0.65 + VAT / person / night.
This tax is not included in the price of the vacation rental and has to be paid using one of the payment methods listed in Clause 2, before the start of the stay.
Also the Guest is required to provide personal data to “BV” that will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities as is required by the law.

12-Data Protection.

In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection Law from 1999, the Guest’s information will be incorporated in a file (under “BV”’s ownership and responsibility) that will be registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Data collection is intended for the rendering of professional services commissioned to “BV” which, in turn, is authorized to send electronically any type of commercial information that may be of interest to the Guest. The Guest may at any time exercise the rights of access, amendment, cancellation and opposition as established by Law by writing a registered letter to “BV”’s registered office address.

13-Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

The parties, waiving their right to any other jurisdiction, hereby agree to be subject exclusively to the Courts of the City of Barcelona. All commercial relations and actions resulting from this agreement shall be governed exclusively by the Spanish laws.
